Return visitors will notice considerable changes to our website.  Our new website, launched August, 2005,  provides both an improved shopping experience and greater information regarding the products we sell and cloth diapers in general.  Our shopping cart provides many new features including advanced encryption to eliminate the possibility of your information being intercepted or stolen.  The cart also displays the items you add on the left hand side and allows you to calculate shipping charges before providing any personal information.  You can track your order status 24/7 by clicking on the Order Status tab at the top of this page.  You can also access your order history (post August, 2005) to see what you ordered in the past.

We have incorporated volume pricing into many of the products we sell and our package deals are the best value available anywhere.  We have added several new products to our offerings and are in the process of adding many new products including blankets, gowns, hooded towels, burb cloths and more.  

Soon we will activate our customer forum providing an opportunity for our customers to converse regarding cloth diapering and other baby issues.  Some of the web pages for this new web site are under construction, we appreciate your patience while we complete this project. 

We have added a customer survey and opinion poll.  Our survey will help us provide a better website and improved service and our opinion poll will survey our web site visitors on product issues.  Our opinion poll results will be displayed for our customers benefit and we will change our opinion polls every 2-3 months.

We also have a e-mail list subscribing feature that allows customers to opt in and be sent periodic e-mails regarding website specials and new products.  We will never share or sell our list with anyone.

We have updated and enhanced many of our product descriptions to provide more information regarding those products and have also update all of our informational pages such as our shipping, policies, faq's, privacy and contact pages.

We hope all these changes will lead to a better customer experience and increased customer satisfaction.
