Accepted Payment
Methods
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Carte Bleue*,
PayPal**, Money Orders and Personal or Business Checks if payable in US
funds. Personal and business checks must be issued by US banks and are
held until payment clears before product is shipped.
Debit Cards, Bank Cards, Gift Cards and most other cards that features
the Visa, MasterCard or American Express logo are also accepted.
**We also accept eChecks, Switch, Solo and Electronic Cheques when
payment is made through PayPal. We reserve the right to ship only to
PayPal members with verified addresses.
We do not accept COD orders or payment by direct bank transfer. If you
don't see the payment method you are looking for listed above, that is
because it is not available.
Privacy
We've
invested in the most advanced online gateway security systems available
to ensure that your personal information is protected when you order
online. ClothDiaper.com uses SSL (Secure Socket Layers) and
encryption technology so that no one can intercept your personal and
financial information. All information you submit online, including
credit card numbers, is safe, secure and completely private.
We also
never send anything to your home that you don't specifically
request. When you place an order we may include a brochure or an
announcement of a new product inside the box but we never send sales
literature or anything except an order to your home.
We
ship discreetly to protect your privacy
Every order is shipped in a securely sealed package. Smaller orders use
a plain white Tyvek shipping envelope or one of the standard packages
provided by UPS or the US Postal Service. The shipping label will read:

Privacy – We Don't SPAM
When you provide an eMail address to ClothDiaper.com, an automated
eMail order confirmation is sent. This is to provide you with a chance
to review your order to correct any mistakes or typos. When your order
ships a second eMail is sent with your tracking number. The only other
time we will use your e-mail address is if it is necessary to contact
you in connection with your order. Sometimes it's to confirm what
appears to be a typo in a shipping address or an invalid expiration
date on a credit card. You will not receive any other e-mail from us
unless you specifically request to be added to our subscription list.
Telephone

Unless you have specifically asked us to call, we will we never contact
you via telephone unless there is a problem with your order.
Customer Service
Customer service is one of our highest priorities. Part of that is
keeping our promise to ship orders in 2 business days or less. Getting
your order out the door on time takes precedence over everything else.
Every e-mail gets answered and we do our best to reply within one
business day. Sometimes when we get busy, it can take 24 to 48 hours
(excluding weekends and holidays) for us to catch up and reply to

Many orders ship out the very next morning so please contact us
immediately if need to change or cancel an order you just placed.
International Orders
Packages shipping to locations outside the USA
Everyday we ship orders to England, Germany, Belgium, Canada and many
other countries. We can ship to you no matter where you live, whether
in Europe, Asia or South America. Please be sure to select the proper
International shipping during checkout or your order may be delayed.
For information on the cost to ship your order to your country please
read the following instructions.
Your shipping (freight or postage) costs depends upon what you order.
You can find out how much your shipping is just by adding items into
our online shopping cart. Our shopping cart calculates shipping based
upon a combination of the size and total weight of the order plus the
shipping method you select and the final destination. If you place all
the items you want into our shopping cart, the software will calculate
and display the correct total for you including shipping.
Just complete all of the requested shipping information and sure to
select either Airmail Parcel Post or Economy Surface Post as the ship
method and select other in the pull down menu for State or Province.
Diapers (nappies) are very heavy, keep in mind that sometimes smaller
orders are more expensive to ship. For example there is very little
difference in your cost to ship one pair of pants or three.
Many countries will levy an import tax or customs fee that will need to
be paid before you can collect your package. Canada (and some other
countries) will exempt diapers and related items from many of these
fees but only if we mark the package as containing incontinence
supplies. Since many customers would prefer to pay customs fees rather
than indicate the contents of the package to customs, for privacy sake
we only mark packages that way upon request. If you are not sure if
your country levies additional import taxes please contact your local
post office or customs department.
Mail Orders
You can send orders by mail using a check or money order. The easiest
way to do this is to go to our website and begin placing the items you
want into the online shopping cart as if you were going to purchase
with a credit card through the web site. This will allow the our
ordering software to properly calculate shipping and correctly total
your order. Checks sent with order that do not include appropriate
shipping are returned to sender. This is frustrating and a lot of extra
work for both you and us so please use the ordering tools we provide on
our web site. Thank you.
Money Orders
We take money orders and we accept certified checks. If you are
ordering from outside the USA payment must be by International Money
Order in US currency.
Shipping
Most orders placed on a weekday will ship the following day. Orders
placed on the weekend will generally ship on Monday. Although 95% of
our orders ship out in one business days, occassionally we are very
busy and therefore we ask that you allow us up to two business days to
ship.
UPS Next
Day and 2nd Day Air
UPS Next Day and Second Day Air shipping will ship the same day if
received week days before 11 AM MST. Our two day shipping commitment
(48 hour) excludes weekends, holidays, closings due to extreme weather
conditions and other related delays, custom made items, special order
or out of stock items.
We promise to ship your order using the carrier of your choice but we
cannot guarantee that UPS or the US Postal Service will always be able
to deliver on time. This may be due to unpredictable circumstances such
as weather related delays. Also not all locations can be serviced the
next day depending upon their proximity to a mail hub.
If UPS or the USPS is unable to deliver a Next Day Air package as
promised we will make an application for refund and reimburse you for
the actual postage (this does not include handling charges). Please
contact us if a carrier is unable to deliver on time and you desire a
refund.
Next or Second Day Air from UPS United Parcel Service (UPS) and US
Postal Express Mail are not available on International Orders with
destinations outside the 50 United States. American Possessions,
Territories and APOs are also excluded.
UPS Next Day, 2ND Day Air or 3 Day Select Orders must be received
before 2 PM Eastern Standard Time to ship the same day. Orders received
after 2PM will ship the following business day. UPS will not deliver to
PO Boxes. If you are shipping to a PO Box you must select Express Mail
Delivery via the US Postal Service.

Mail Orders ship the next business day.
Please Note: UPS and USPS do not offer the above services to all
locations. Depending upon their proximity to a mail hub some locations
can only receive standard ground service.
Out of Stock Items
We work very hard to maintain sufficient inventory on everything we
sell, but occasionally some items may be temporarily backordered.
At our descretion we may partial ship your order or hold your order for
the back order items. If your order will be delayed we will
contact you via e-mail.
Pricing
All material on this site including product offerings, product
availability, product pricing and other information are subject to
change without notice. We do our best to ensure the accuracy of the
information on this website and make every effort to quickly correct
such information when it is brought to our attention. If you notice an
error we would appreciate you bringing it to our attention. Although

Returns
& Exchanges
For exchanges due to errors in size, manufactures defect,
shipping error or any other reason us toll free at 1-877-215-9004.

All items may be returned within 60 days for most orders
and 90 days for package orders provided that:
1- Diapers and/or accessories are unused and unwashed and
resellabe.
2- Copy of sales receipt accompanies returned items.
3- Please write reason for return sales receipt.
Purchase price of returned items will be credited to your
credit card if still current or a check sent to return address.
Please allow 7-10 days for processing once we receive the order.
Shipping is not refunded and return shipping services are the customers
responsibility.
Sale Items, Close Out
& Special Offers
All sales of Close Out or Discontinued items are final. We will make
exchanges of Close Out or Discontinued items for different sizes so
long as stock is available, at our discretion. Other sale items and
special items may be returned or exchanged unless specifically as final.
