We firmly believe in the quality of our products and stand behind them 100%.  We know they’re great products because we’ve used them on our own children.  All items are guaranteed free of manufacturing defects and can be exchanged within 60 days of purchase in the case of manufacturing defect.  We also allow you up to 60 days to return any unused/unwashed diapers or other items for a full purchase price refund if your not satisfied with the quality of the items purchased.   If your not certain about your cloth diaper or diaper cover purchase we suggest testing 1 or 2 items when you receive them until your satisfied before washing all the items.  Washed items are not returnable.  See below for additional information on returns and exchanges.

Exempt Items:

Disposable items, Sale and Close Out products.  Opened packages of Gerber Vinyl Pants and Gerber Training Pants cannot be returned.

Returns

All items may be returned within 60 days for most orders and 90 days for package orders provided that:

1- Diapers and/or accessories are unused and unwashed and resellable.

2- Copy of sales receipt accompanies returned items.

3- Please write reason for return sales receipt.

4- Return the items to the address on your receipt.

Purchase price of returned items will be credited to your credit card if still current or a check sent to return address.  Please allow 7-10 days for processing once we receive the order.  Shipping is not refunded and return shipping services are the customers responsibility.

Sizing Exchanges

We are glad to accept returns and exchanges of unwashed and unused product. Washed or used product will not be exchanged due to errors ordering the wrong size.  Items must be returned in resellable condition to be eligible for refund or exchange.  Please check our size charts before ordering to ensure a proper fit.  Opened packages of Gerber Vinyl Pants and Gerber Training Pants cannot be returned.
