Accepted Payment Methods
We accept Visa,
MasterCard, American Express, Discover,
PayPal, Money Orders and Personal or Business Checks. Personal
and business checks are not accepted from customers outside the
USA. Only money orders and certified bank checks are acceptable
and must be in US funds. Orders may
be held until payment clears on any check.

Cards, Gift Cards and most other cards that features the
Visa, MasterCard or American Express logos are also accepted. We also
accept eChecks, Switch, Solo and Electronic Cheques when payment is
made through PayPal.
We do not accept COD orders or payment by direct bank transfer. If you
don't see the payment method you are looking for listed above, that is
because it is not available.

Money Orders
We take money orders
and we accept certified checks. If you are ordering from outside the
USA payment must be by International Money Order in US currency.

Service
Customer
service is one of our highest priorities. Part
of that is keeping our commitment to shipping orders in 1 business days
or
less. Getting your order out the door on time takes precedence over
everything else. Every e-mail gets answered and we do our best to reply
within one business day. Sometimes when we get busy, it can take 24 to
48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) for us to catch up and reply
to everyone. If it's urgent please call us toll free at 1-877-215-9004.
Outside the USA call 001-801-566-7579. Customer Service hours are Mon
thru Fri 9 AM to 5:00 PM MST.
Many orders ship out the same day or the very next
morning so please contact us immediately if you need to change or
cancel an order you just placed. We cannot cancel orders that have
already been shipped. In this case the customer must return the order
to us and we will provide a refund for the purchase price of the goods
but not for the shipping.
Mail Orders
You can
send orders by mail using a check or money order. The
easiest way to do this is to go to our website and begin placing the
items you want into the online shopping cart as if you were going to
purchase with a credit card through the web site. This will allow the
ordering software to properly calculate shipping and correctly total
your order. Checks sent with order that do not include appropriate
shipping are returned to sender. This is frustrating and a lot of extra
work for both you and us so please use the ordering tools we provide on
our website. Thank you.
Out of Stock Items
We work
very hard to maintain sufficient inventory on
everything we sell (custom and special order items excluded) but
occasionally some items may be temporarily backordered. We try and
contact you as soon as possible if your order is backordered. For
